well a few of my friends went to my fotki and wanted to know who the middle finger was too!!
well i will tell y'all...........
it is for the people who leave smart a$$ comments on my youtube page 99.9% of my emails are very positive, but every now and then i get a hater or a racist who will leave a comment calling me a N**** or they will say things like even with your long hair your still a nappy headed N***!
I even had a guy tell me i was a stupid 8*tch! for relaxing my hair he said that he hopes all my hair falls out!
lol i haven't relaxed in 9mths, i have stated time and time again that i am trying to transition so he was just trying to be funny and he was black! so now you know why i scan all of my comments before you can post them, i don't like drama and i don't want people arguing back and forth on my youtube videos so i don't approve any of the negative nonsense!
Me and my hubby laugh about it because we know they only say it because they have the anonymity of their computer lol so yeah that middle finger go's out to all of them.
i haven't done it in years but it felt good lol I was having fun in front of my camera ,I am a straight up camera hog lol! if you think I'm bad you have to see my boy as soon as they see a camera their like cheseeeeeeeeeeeee lol!
OK last few days i have made videos talking protein so i want to tell y'all in writing the importance of protein!
A diet for healthy hair should contain a lot of protein! Protein will give the shaft of your hair more strength, and will reduce the likelihood of your hair snapping and splitting. You can get protein from foods like fish, meat, milk, cheese, yogurt, vegetables and cereals.
Make sure you get enough protein since your hair is made of protein, it makes sense that not getting enough protein can affect the growth of your hair.
Ok so what is protein.... Protein is the basic building block of the body. More specifically, protein is made up of building blocks called amino acids. The only thing our body has more of than protein is water. If you deprive yourself of protein, your body will consume some of your lean body mass like muscle, bone, and organs.
So why do you need protein ....The word protein comes from the Greek word "proteios" meaning of prime or of first importance. Protein amino acids are the basic building blocks of life. Protein, and only protein, provides your body with these amino acids it needs to build, repair, and rebuild muscles, protein keeps your immune system healthy, make hormones, enzymes, skin, hair, nails, organs and even blood, so as you see protein is very important!!
well there are 2 types of protein you can buy one is soy and the other is whey.........
Whey protein is made from cow's milk and contains vitamins, minerals, protein, lactose and traces of milk fat. Most commonly, whey protein and casein are harvested during cheese production. Liquid whey is separated from casein while whey proteins are then isolated from the liquid whey and purified. Whole milk is only 6.25% protein. The two proteins that make up milk are casein (approximately 80%) and whey protein (approximately 20%). Whey is a complete protein, meaning it contains all essential and non-essential amino acids vital to your metabolism and good health. It is often referred to as the "Gold Standard" of protein as it is the most nutritious protein available. this is also an alternative for you if you are allergic to soy or nuts ladies.
soy protein is a complete, high-quality, protein derived from soybeans and is used as an ingredient in a wide variety of food, beverage and meat products found in your local grocery store. Soy protein has the same protein quality score as meat, egg and milk.
protein is 90% protein is highly digestible and lactose-free.
Scientific research continues to demonstrate that substituting soy protein for some or all animal proteins in the diet can lead to beneficial health effects in the area of cholesterol lowering, reduction in coronary heart disease (CHD) risk, relieving women's health concerns, maintaining bone health and potentially protecting against certain forms of cancer.
*************as you see both types of protein are equally beneficial,
i use the soy protein, but if you have any health issues, i suggest you tell your doctor before trying protein shakes also make sure you are not allergic to soy or whey products******************************
hhg ladies!
