2009 resolution to get in shape

hey everyone i hope all is well!!!

well one of my new year resolutions was to get back in shape, not to diet but to be a little more active and toned, so i am eating healthier and walking more....
well i have the nintendo wii i got it 2 Christmas's ago, i love it but i don't play it as much...
if you don't know i am a gamer lol j/k but i do love to play video games in my spear time which isn't much, i love the xbox 360 my favorite game is halo 3 and need for speed lol who would have thought... i also like to play online with other people, yeah i am a straight up tomboy at heart.

well i bought wii fit a few months ago and i loved it, but i got to busy to get on there and work out well for my new years resolution, i said i would do my wii fit more and get back in shape...
well i went to play my game and it would not work, i got it cleaned at play n trade and it still didn't work!

well i called Nintendo and they agreed to replace it for free, so i was happy i didn't want to wait around for 7 days to get my game so i went to game stop that is our store lol....
i was talking too the girls who work up there, they are sweethearts...i always chill and talk to them cus they are cool and they know their stuff.

well i told them what happened to my wii fit game and they told me about a new fitness game called My Fitness Coach for nintendo wii, it had just came out a few weeks ago so i got it.
well let me tell y'all i got home and tried it and i love it!
it is a simple work out, you set your own schedule all you have to do is work out for a min of 15mins, you can work out longer if you want.
the game is very easy it gets your blood pumping my 3 year old does it with me and the best part is you do not have to have the wii fit board for it to work, i still have mine but you do not need it with this game.

it has cardio, yoga, flexibility,weight loss etc it does it all!
the coach is sweet lol she encourages you and she can "sense" if your not doing the steps right lol it's crazy, you also have the options of adding, hand weights, stability ball, step bench,
etc to your routine you can also make your profile private so no one can see your weight or goals.

so this game is excellent i would recommend this game for anyone who wants to work out in the privacy of their own home or who wants to save money from their gym membership.
